At Lattafa Perfumes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the perfume bottle is in its original, sealed cellophane packaging and securely place it in a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
